Resetting - again...

I've been in a creative lull this week. Things are percolating in my mind, yet I don't feel like producing anything. Instead I've been clearing off my bulletin board (and more significantly the ironing board which tends to hold a pile of what-ifs and on-goings).

It feels like the end-of-year clear out. The post Xmas reset for the New Year. I suppose with the new school year coming up that makes a bit of sense. I still feel that old rhythm of new starts in the fall. I've just signed up for my classes in the fall term and the school supply purchases for my daughter have begun.

But I don't want to live in permanent planning-for-the-future mode, got to enjoy now more!!

I enjoyed this!!

Leilani - who blogs at Studio Gypsy kindly gave me a blog award... (many thanks, Leilani).

I'm happy to pass it along to some new bloggy friends and hope you enjoy their sites too ...

In turn they can copy what is below and pass onto other favorite bloggers. The wording for this award is as follows:

The Karma Award: These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kinds of bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to some bloggers who may choose more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award.

  1. Thank you Jackie for this thoughtful award! I'm dashing about getting ready to leave for Canada but will enjoy passing this award on to some wonderful bloggers.

I understand the planning period you're going through! Good luck with and have fun with your classes! And I like your 'enjoy now more!'. Enjoy!
