Christmas Leftovers...

It happens every year. Some decorations from the holidays linger around the home. Here it is August - any moment now the shops will have their Christmas gear in the aisles - pushing aside the remaining school supplies, and a nod to Halloween in between. I'm down to 2 holdover items from last Xmas!

So, how'd I do with being creative last week? I tried a haiku over on Virginia Spiegels blog and idly messed about with fabric pens on rayon. Not a lot of physical effort - a bit of mental play perhaps!

Spent the long weekend away on a cruise with the family. Key West and Cozumel, Mexico. Brilliant weather, dead flat seas. How many pictures did I take? Nary a one!!!

  1. Glad that you had a wonderful sunny cruise and that you were able to spend your time away contemplating last year's left over Christmas decorations!
Love your work and photos and all the link sites and admire your progress and that you find time to update your blog.
