A softer pallette

A softer pallette, originally uploaded by jckirner.

Continuing on with combining fibers, creating textures with the needle felting tool.

What will stick together with the punches?

What is the minimum amount of punches to hold?

What is the effect of overpunching?

How much can a tight weave or loose weave (tight twist/loose twist) withstand?

And a tendency towards less color - more monochromatic palletes in place of the vibrance of the entire color circle.

  2. I am glad your daughter is better - that must be scary.

New work is good. Wanting to is even better. The felting machines are an interesting way to get new textiles.
