Isn't this tray cheerful? The center portion (cheese board?) is a tile with oranges and lemons (say the bells of St. Clemens) design. The well surrounding it seems perfect for crackers and bread.

LOVE these hefty metal shelf brackets - they're cast iron most likely. (Magnets stick to them so they're not aluminum (aluminium) and thought I cleaned off a hint of rust in one corner.
They held up those Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit books perfectly for photography!
